Shipping & Delivery

Scope of delivery

We deliver to Switzerland and European Union countries through selected couriers. The courier assigned to the shipment may vary depending on the type, dimensions, weight of the ordered goods, and the destination.

Any geographical limitations or unserved areas will be communicated to the customer before order confirmation.

Processing and delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the type of product purchased.

Accessory and consumable products

For accessories, components, and consumables available in stock, the order is generally prepared within a few business days of payment confirmation. Delivery then takes place according to the schedule of the assigned courier.

Ready-to-ship products

Products available for immediate delivery, including any offers or pre-made items, are prepared and packaged after order confirmation. Delivery then takes place according to the schedule of the assigned courier.

Made-to-order products

Workbenches and other made-to-order products require an indicative production period of approximately 90 business days. At the end of production, the product will be entrusted to the courier for delivery.

The indicated timelines are purely indicative and do not constitute an essential or binding term.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are entirely borne by the buyer.

For large products, particularly workbenches, transport costs are calculated based on weight, volume, destination, and any specific logistical requirements.

The shipping cost amount is indicated during the purchase process or communicated separately before final order confirmation.

Any additional costs arising from services requested by the customer or special delivery conditions will be borne by the customer.

Delivery of goods

Unless otherwise specified, delivery is understood to be at street level and at the point most easily accessible by the transport vehicle.

Any additional services, such as delivery to upper floors, special handling, use of lifting equipment, or other special activities, may require additional costs.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible to the means normally used for transporting the ordered goods.

If delivery cannot be made due to reasons attributable to the customer, any storage costs, re-delivery, or return of the goods may be charged to the customer.

Inspection of goods upon delivery

Upon delivery, the customer is required to check the integrity of the packaging and the received goods.

Any anomalies, visible damage, or missing packages must be immediately reported to the courier and noted on the delivery receipt by accepting with detailed reservation.

Failure to raise an objection at the time of delivery may limit the possibility of recourse for damages or anomalies found later.

Transit damage

Any damage occurring during transit will be handled by the assigned carrier according to the terms of the applicable transport contract.

Any damage found must be reported promptly, accompanied by photographic documentation, to allow for the opening of necessary procedures with the carrier.

Claims lacking adequate documentation or submitted beyond a reasonable period from delivery will not be considered.

Delays

While we strive to meet communicated timelines, we cannot guarantee precise delivery dates.

Delays may occur due to production-related issues, material availability, supplier activities, logistical problems, customs procedures, adverse weather conditions, or other events not directly controllable.

Such delays do not entitle the customer to any compensation, except as provided by applicable law.

Transfer of risk

Responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the address indicated in the order or to the person appointed to receive them.

Customs, taxes, and local duties

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, import VAT, customs clearance fees, or other charges provided for by the legislation of the destination country may apply.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these costs are borne by the buyer.

Force majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or inability to deliver due to force majeure events, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, wars, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Absence of the right of withdrawal

Sales made through this site are exclusively aimed at professional customers, companies, and VAT-registered individuals.

Unless otherwise provided by applicable law or specific written agreements, there is no right of withdrawal, reconsideration, or return of goods for commercial reasons, evaluation errors, changes in needs, or other reasons not attributable to product defects.

Product verification

All products undergo quality checks by the manufacturer before shipment.

The customer is required to inspect the received goods and report any defects, anomalies, or non-conformities within a reasonable period from delivery, providing a detailed description of the problem and adequate photographic or technical documentation.

Handling of defects and non-conformities

In the presence of alleged manufacturing defects or non-conformities, the seller will act as the first point of contact and coordinate verifications with the manufacturer or involved parties in the supply chain.

The customer's report does not automatically constitute an acknowledgment of the defect or acceptance of the claim.

Each request will be subject to a preliminary technical verification by the manufacturer.

Should a non-conformity attributable to manufacturing be ascertained, the applicable remedy will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may consist, at the discretion of the seller and the manufacturer, of repair, replacement, or other technical solution deemed appropriate.

Return of goods

No product may be returned without prior written authorization.

Any authorized returns must be made according to the instructions provided by the seller.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the shipping costs related to the return of goods are to be borne by the buyer.

Order cancellation

Cancellation requests can only be evaluated before the start of procurement, processing, or production activities.

Once the order has been confirmed and production, assembly, customization, or dedicated customer procurement activities have begun, the order becomes irrevocable and cannot be cancelled.

Made-to-order products

Made-to-order, customized, or specifically produced items for the customer cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started.

The start of production involves the commitment of materials, production capacity, and dedicated resources, thus making it impossible to resell the product to other customers.

For this reason, the customer expressly waives the right to cancel the order after the start of production, and no refund will be due for amounts already invoiced or paid.

Limitation of refunds

Any refunds will only be evaluated in cases provided for by applicable law or if it is not possible to identify a reasonable alternative solution through repair, replacement, or other corrective measures.

Refunds arising from production delays, logistical delays, customer evaluation errors, changes in operational needs, or other circumstances not attributable to a proven product non-conformity are excluded.

General information

The prices displayed on the website and during the purchasing process are expressed in the indicated currency and include only the price of the products and any applicable shipping costs.

Unless otherwise specified, any taxes, customs duties, customs clearance fees, administrative charges, or other costs required by the regulations of the destination country remain the responsibility of the buyer.

The customer is responsible for checking in advance the tax, customs, and administrative obligations applicable in their country.

VAT number verification

Access to purchases is reserved exclusively for professional customers with a valid VAT number.

The system automatically checks the validity of registered VAT numbers and may require additional verifications before order acceptance.

The seller reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel orders if the tax information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable.

Customers in the European Union

For customers established in an EU member state other than Italy, purchases are allowed only for subjects with a valid VAT number registered in the VIES system.

If the VAT number is valid and suitable for intra-community transactions, invoicing can take place without the application of VAT, according to the tax regulations applicable to transactions between VAT-registered persons.

The amount displayed at checkout therefore corresponds to the value of the ordered products and any applicable shipping costs.

The customer remains responsible for all tax obligations required by the regulations of their country, including any reporting obligations or reverse charge mechanisms.

Customers in the Swiss Confederation

Shipments to Switzerland are carried out as international exports.

The amount displayed at checkout includes the price of the products and any shipping costs, but does not include Swiss import VAT, customs duties, customs clearance fees, or any other charges required by the competent authorities or the assigned carrier.

Upon importation of goods into Switzerland, the recipient may be required to pay:

the Swiss VAT applicable at the time of import (currently 8.1%, subject to subsequent legislative changes);
any customs duties;
any administrative or customs clearance fees requested by the courier or involved logistics operators.

These amounts are not collected by the seller and are normally requested directly by the carrier responsible for delivery or by the competent authorities.

Failure to pay the amounts requested by the customs authorities or the carrier may result in delivery delays, storage fees, return of goods, or additional costs, which will remain entirely the responsibility of the buyer.

Italian customers

The tax conditions applicable to purchases made by customers established in Italy may vary depending on the structure of the commercial operation, the invoicing methods, and the applicable tax regulations.

The definitive conditions will be indicated in the tax documentation issued for each operation.

Regulatory changes

Tax, customs, and fiscal regulations may change over time.

The seller assumes no responsibility for legislative, regulatory, or administrative changes that have occurred after the publication of this information.

Any variations in VAT rates, duties, customs charges, or import procedures will be applied according to the provisions of the regulations in force at the time of the transaction.
